Return Ticket Terms
For Wet Weather Return tickets and any other return ticket offers throughout the season, the return ticket will only apply and be valid for the same individuals who visited on the first visit. The tickets are named and you must bring proof of ID and your postcode with the return ticket when you visit. You must keep the ticket, unfortunately without it, you will be refused entry.
Use of this site
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit or make available to the public any content from this site without the prior written permission of Pennywell Farm. This includes adapted, altered or derivative work.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the site. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person or transmitting obscene or offensive content.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Refund Policy
All admission tickets are non-refundable.
If you wish to change the date of your tickets, you must re-book your tickets online for the new date required, and then email info@pennywellfarm.co.uk with both your new and original order ID numbers to apply for a refund. Please note that your booking fee will not be refunded, and it can take 5-10 days for the refund from our payment system to show in your accounts, depending on your bank. In the case that another date is unavailable, then you are unable to change the date of your tickets.
If we are forced to close, or fail to run an experience/event for our visitors, we will refund the cost of tickets, but the booking fee will remain non-refundable.
